The Universal Life / Intention Alignment Compass
Understanding Alignment
Every action carries an intention. Before an intention becomes a decision, behavior, system, relationship, product or consequence, it exists as an internal direction. The HeirFlow™ Universal Life / Intention Alignment Compass is a visual framework for examining that direction.

You control the direction of the vertical arm. After placing it, reveal one possible way that your chosen intention could be redirected, strengthened, restrained or transformed beyond your control.
01 · Choose honestly
Place the vertical arm toward the intention you are truly pursuing—not the answer that merely appears righteous.
02 · Examine the opposite
Notice the intention across from your choice and the tension or exchange revealed between them.
03 · Consider possibility
Reveal an example of how your output could be used in a way you did not plan or control.
THE TWO DIMENSIONS
Free will meets consequence.
The compass holds personal choice and divine sovereignty in the same image. You choose a direction, but you never control every consequence, circumstance, person or purpose that receives your output.
The vertical arm
Controlled by the person. It represents the direction of your intention, from faith and full investment to apathy and misplaced energy.
Posture and intention
Faith and manifestation
Apathy and disconnection

The perpendicular arm
Beyond the person’s control. It represents what may happen when time, effort, action and service enter the conscious and unconscious world.
Output and consequence
Redirection and restraint
Divine possibility

THE OPPOSING INTENTIONS
Every direction reveals a tension.
The opposites do not declare that every word on one side is automatically good or evil. They expose what may be exchanged, neglected or distorted when one pursuit begins to govern the others.
God / Hope
Devil / Hate
Restoration and life opposed by distortion and separation.
Protection
Money
What must be granted by God compared with what may be materially gained.
Provision
Fame
God supplying what is needed compared with being supplied by attention and recognized.
Purpose
Popularity
Your assignment in contrast to with approval from the crowd.
You
Them
Responsibility to self held against responsibility to others.
Self Alignment
Leadership
Ordering yourself in contrast to directing or influencing other people.
Status
Prosperity
The appearance of success in contrast with sustainable flourishing provided by God.
Money

A material resource in contrast with the direction and condition of the soul.

THE INNER EXPERIENCE
Four fields show what intention feels like.
The adjectives in the center make the framework experiential. They reveal how an intention may feel inside a person and how it can shape relationships, identity and behavior.

Perceiving truth, remaining present and responding faithfully.
Self-Actualization
Lack · Isolation · Selfishness · Delusion

THE COLOR SPECTRUM
Five conditions of intention.
The movement from light to darkness represents increasing distortion. These are not permanent labels placed upon people. They describe the present condition of an intention—and that condition can change quickly.
Prophetic
Clarity, revelation and concern beyond immediate self-interest.
Disciplined
Conscience, restraint, responsibility and willingness to receive correction.
Human
The ordinary mixture of love, fear, wisdom, appetite and limitation.
Wicked
Known distortion practiced to protect desire, power, comfort or image.
Demonic
Intention devoted to deception, domination, destruction and separation.
HOW INTENTION BECOMES REALITY
Your inner direction becomes material output.
Manifestation is not simply getting what you want.
It is the process through which an internal direction becomes visible in the material world. You may choose the seed and plant it faithfully, but you do not command the rain, the season or the final purpose of the harvest.
Attention → Time → Effort → Action → Service
THE SPEED OF SHIFTING
Intentions can change in seconds.
We can begin with love and shift toward fear when rejected. We can begin with service and shift toward control when power appears. These changes create sporadic results inside us and throughout the world around us.
The inner world
Competing intentions create anxiety, dissonance, fragmentation and confusion about who we are and what we truly want.
The outer world
Fragmented time, effort and behavior produce consequences we never consciously chose, even while we insist that our stated goal was sincere.
INTENTION AT TECHNOLOGICAL SCALE
AI does not remove intention. It multiplies it.
The defining question
Whose intention is the system serving—and what will that intention become when multiplied?
When our intentions are aligned, AI may extend access and understanding. When they are distorted, it can scale manipulation, instrumentalization and control faster than conscience can respond.
-
The intention of the creator
-
The intention of the organization
-
The intention of the person prompting it
-
The unconscious incentives surrounding it
Artificial intelligence can extend a human intention across enormous populations with extraordinary speed. Efficiency does not automatically produce goodness.
